FDC Project

FDC is the combination of the first character of Feynman Diagram Calculation. At first, FDC was used to name a set of programs which was aimed at one-loop calculation only and try to work under Grace[] system when I was a postdoc at KEK, Japan. It seems interesting and simple to me when I was waiting for some connection part to use GRACE's diagram generation. So I start to construct diagram generation part, and even go further to write a part to do Feynman rule generation. It took three months to finish the draft version and it was published at AI93[] in Oct. 1993. However, it is proved that all the things are non-trivial and consume much of time to obtain the practise version in later research.

I start my second postdoc research at Institute of High Energy Physics, Academia Sinica, in Oct, 1993. Then the FDC project is proposed formally and aimed to construct a system to perform perturbative calculation in Quantum Field Theory. It was approved to be support 1 by National Research found (Special support for theoretical physics) in 1994.

The first Version FDC1.0 is available on FDC95.ihep.ac.cn (202.38.128.117) by anonymous FTP in directory /pub/fdc /pub/fdc/fdc1.0.tar.gz --- the compressed and fdc1.0 /pub/fdc/fdc1.0 --- uncompressed fdc1.0
