To generate latex version of the model

For the fourth step, the following is the list of the input and output files.

Then the user should do the following things:

Check the file out to see if there are some thing wrong
Check the file model_state to see if there is the line

    model_generator1:=ok;
    model_generator2:=ok;
    model_generator3:=ok;
```
Otherwise, the user have to check the input files to find out what is wrong.

The fifth step is to built ps file from the latex file of the model.
