The option is similar to the above one but in the case of s-channel photon
connected to fermion with small mass. the default choose is to do no
projection, and the user can choose to do with projection by adding the
following line to the input file "option".
no_change_to_s_photon:='no;
Where the two method will result in almost the same result.
